Where are you located?
SugarBot Sweet Shop is located in St. Charles, MO one mile off of highway 70 and 5th Street, on the corner of Jackson and 5th Street, across from St. John’s United Church of Christ. Our address is 433 Jackson Street.

What are your hours?
Our regular business hours are Wednesday - Saturday from 9-6. We’re closed Sunday - Tuesday, but do offer appointments those days for orders over $300. Occasionally we will be closed for special events or holidays, and if that is the case we update our Facebook page and Google listing to reflect the hours for that time.

Can your items be found anywhere else in the greater St. Louis area?
They can! We have our Very Best Cookies drop cookies for sale in 4-packs at Straubs Markets every day. We also regularly stock baked goods like gooey butter, cake by the slice, brownies and more at Little O’s Old Time Soda Fountain (located at 125 N Main St, St Charles, MO 63301), which we also own. Additionally, we participate in several pop-up events through out the area. Check out our Facebook page for up-to date information about where we’ll be and when.

Do you take custom orders?
Of course! Custom orders are our favorite part of the job. Contact us, and we can put together a quote for custom cakes, dessert buffets, decorated sugar cookies, or beyond!

Do you cater private events?
Absolutely! We can cater everything from birthdays to weddings, baby showers, corporate events and beyond! Contact the shop to talk about catering and dessert buffet options. We are also available to talk about event/wedding catering in shop Wednesday - Friday between 9 & 6. We do not consult on catering orders on Saturdays, because of the hight foot traffic and number of pick-ups and deliveries happening in store. We also offer private consultations by appointment.

Do you offer wedding tastings?
Because of the expansive amount of items we offer for dessert buffets, we do not offer tastings. We suggest that couples or those planning the event come in to the store and purchase what they would like to try. If you book with us, we'll deduct that amount from the total catering cost. Please note that we are happy to talk about special event catering or custom orders anytime in store between 9 & 6 on Wednesdays - Fridays, no appointment necessary, however we do not offer any sort of custom order consulting on Saturdays due to heightened foot traffic and orders leaving the store.

How far in advance do I need to place an order?
This depends on the order. For most things, a week or two is great. During peak seasons, or for large orders, 3-4 weeks is always a good idea.

Do you offer delivery service?
We do! Delivery via local courier is available Tuesday through Friday - pricing for that can be found here. Delivery rates vary based on location, but we can deliver all through out the greater St. Louis area. Prices are for an all-day delivery window between 10am and 5pm Tuesday - Friday. Please call the shop for specific delivery window pricing, large orders, and custom catering delivery/set up.

Can you ship?
Definitely! We ship Tuesday through Saturday everywhere in the continental United States for a flat fee of $18. Cookies typically arrive in 1-2 business days.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for retailers?
Yes - please contact us for details about wholesale.

Do you offer any gluten free items?
Although we are not a gluten free kitchen, we typically have at least one gluten free friendly item in the bakery case daily. For specifics of what’s offered that day, just give us a call.

Are your baked goods egg, dairy, or nut free?
Although not all of our items directly contain eggs, dairy, or nuts, we do work with those ingredients on a daily basis, and many of our ingredients are processed in a facility that also processes these allergens. If you have any ingredients that are an allergen, it's best to let our staff know so we can facilitate your choices by giving you information on ingredients.
